By accessing and using Auditic ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

3.1 Plan Tiers
Auditic offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and limits:
3.2 Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing period. Annual plans offer discounted rates. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
3.3 Plan Changes and Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Important: When downgrading to a plan with lower limits, any data exceeding the new plan's limits (companies, users, etc.) will become read-only for 30 days, after which it may be archived or deleted. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your plan limits.
3.4 Additional Users (Team Plan)
The Team Plan includes 5 users. Additional users can be added at $25/month per user for monthly billing or $21/month per user for annual billing.
3.5 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge your payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
4.1 AI Request Limits
Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI requests. AI requests are consumed when using any of our 39+ AI-powered features. Unused requests do not roll over to the next billing period. If you exceed your monthly limit, AI features will be unavailable until your next billing period or until you upgrade your plan.
4.2 AI Accuracy and Professional Judgment
While our AI tools utilize advanced algorithms and models, AI-generated insights, scores, predictions, and recommendations are provided as decision support tools only. You acknowledge that AI systems may produce errors, inaccuracies, or biased outputs. You remain solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated content and for all business decisions made using the Service.
4.3 AI Transparency Features
Professional and Team plans include full AI transparency features that explain how AI decisions are made. Team plans additionally include comprehensive audit trails of all AI decisions. These features are designed to support your professional due diligence but do not guarantee AI accuracy.
Data retention periods vary by subscription tier:
Data older than your plan's retention period may be automatically archived or deleted. Upon cancellation or downgrade, you will have 30 days to export your data before it becomes inaccessible. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from plan downgrades, cancellations, or retention period expirations.
Auditic is a decision support tool, not a replacement for professional judgment. While our AI features assist in sales analysis, opportunity assessment, and business intelligence, you remain solely responsible for all business decisions, client relationships, and professional obligations. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific advice related to your business.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDITIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE SERVICE; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED OR SHARED THROUGH THE SERVICE; (F) ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR RECOMMENDATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
